Join us for a very special live event, the 2025 SWHPN Fall Summit. We will explore ways to empower those experiencing serious illness in immigrant communities, hearing from a national Ethics leader as well as an attorney with the National Immigration project. A panel of Hospice and Palliative Care clinicians will have space to reflect on immigration-related stressors in serious illness care, recently heightened in our current environment. We will also have a reprise of a 2025 conference favorite, “Cultivating Prognostic Awareness: Top of the License Practice or Not in Our Job Description?"

This event will be live attendance only. Each of the four sessions will run for one hour, with two 15-minute breaks during the Summit. We hope to see you online on the 7th!

Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.
