Announcement from SWHPN Board Regarding Executive Director Jessica Strong

It is with much sadness that the SWHPN Board announces the resignation of Executive Director Jessica Strong. She has accepted a new job as the Los Alamos County Director of Human Services in New Mexico.

In her time with SWHPN, Jessica progressed from Membership Manager to Interim Director, and in 2020 became the organization's first Executive Director. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to nearly 1,100 members throughout the United States and across practice settings. Jessica has overseen new programs to support members' professional development needs; developed a wide variety of recorded and in-person learning opportunities; implemented software and website enhancements; and helped lead numerous national conferences and virtual summits and DEI implementation.

Jessica will be leaving at the end of the month, and we thank her for all of her passion and committed work to make SWHPN the organization it is now.
