Did you type your correct email address in your application? If you are unable to login to the Member Dashboard, please contact SWHPN immediately to have your account reset.
  • I need to change my email address – what do I do?
You may edit your email address in your member profile. If you are unable to login to the Member Dashboard, please contact SWHPN immediately to have your account reset.
  • I forgot my password. How do I receive it?
You will need to reset your password.
  • The personal information I entered when I joined is out of date – how do I fix it?
You may log in to your account and edit your member profile at any time on the Member Dashboard.
  • How do I get my free access to the Journal of Social Work in End-of-Life & Palliative Care?
The free journal access only works when you are logged in to the SWHPN Member Dashboard. Visit http://members.swhpn.org/journal and click the journal link to get to the Informaworld website. You should see a green ACCESS icon. Then click on the title of the article you want to read, and you should have a full text HTML and PDF option.
  • I am still having trouble getting my free access to the journal – I can only see abstracts.
Some users logging in from work may be prevented from accessing the files due to the institution’s own network security policies. Please try accessing the journal from a home computer and contact SWHPN immediately if this problem persists.
