Board Member Nomination

SWHPN members are invited to nominate individuals for the SWHPN Board. For these positions, we seek leaders in the field who can contribute time and effort toward real results in an exciting time in the development of our emerging network. Members may nominate colleagues, esteemed peers, and/or themselves. We encourage all members to participate.

Candidates must meet the following three eligibility requirements:

1. Be a member of SWHPN in good standing
2. Have a degree in social work or a related field
3. Have extensive knowledge of palliative and end-of-life care

We will give priority to members who can demonstrate expertise in fundraising, development, and member organizations or who have prior experience serving on a board of directors.
